I have a buyer interested in a $75,000. house as is. It
needs less than $10,000. in repairs. He is a vet but the house needs afurnace and some plumbing. I am thinking he may not be able to go VA. What are your thoughts? I know with minor repairs the vet used to be able to write a letter he would take it as is and make the repairs.
